Supplied by a researcher, this is one of the reasons JFK was removed. Opposition to this cannot be understated. JFK had planned to stop the race to the moon in favor of a joint US - USSR effort. The shockwaves as a result of this change of policy, were felt throughout NASA and the Pentagon.
Although this copy was not signed by JFK it is still very interesting. It is another indication of his where oposition was coming from. The Pentagon and NASA among others.
