In 1955 Col. Prouty worked in the Pentagon with the Air Force Plans directoriate. In the office of Unconventional Warfare he met Maj. Jolly West who was working on "Brainwashing and Mind Control", and also appointed the Chairman of the Dept. of Psychiatry at the University of Oklahoma.
Col. Prouty also speaks about his dealings with Col. James Monroe, Ewen Cameron, Dr. Robert Beeterman, and others.

Arquimedes asked, "are you not afraid for your safety? These people will kill a president, and here you are telling the world what is going on"
Col. Prouty replied, "I didn't get into this by choice I was placed in the job in 1955, nine years in the Pentagon all connected in this work. And in those days, I was working closely with CIA providing what they needed. I began to learn what went on with the peripherals in the CIA. And you know, I just don't feel that if the government pays me for twenty years, to live with them and work with them. I owe the government, the people of the United States equal time."

Thursday Nov. 19th 1998
Arquimedes asked Col. Prouty for "history sake" to name the names, people who he knows who assassinated JFK on the air.
Col. Prouty replied "its the principle, this has to be done right. These are very important things, a country could fall doing this wrong... not just me".
Without a murder trial Col. Prouty remains reluctant. If he was brought in to a formal Grand Jury, a trial, he would have to talk.

I know because I participated in the same thing, it was part of my job. What they did afterwords, immediately, was to do everything they could to strengthen the cover story that Oswald, by himself shot the President. You can just cross Oswald's name off the list. The whole thing becomes a little bit easier to understand. because we have to be logical about it. And what they do is they attack people who come close to the solution.
